Five star rating for the product and five stars for customer service. I needed a compact outlet extender for a cruise. Cruise ship outlets are scarce and my electronics/charging needs exceed the two they provide.
This outlet extender fulfilled my needs. Besides three outlets with no surge suppression, the USB ports are fully functional with some limitations. To charge a device you must match the port type (A or C) and have sufficient watts to charge. I have some wireless chargers that require at least 15 watts to work. This extender delivers 20 or 18 watts to a type C or Type A port.

It is small considering it has three AC outlets and three USB outlets. This is a perfect travel charger because of it's small size.
I generally sit at my computer cabinet which has two AC outlets. Wouldn't you know it there are so many times when I need 3 outlets to charge AA and AAA batteries or for charging my camera batteries. This nicely solves that problem and as a bonus it provides a USB-C power source along with two USB-A ports, one of which is a fast/smart charge port.

I am using it for charging Purpose while I am busy in the kitchen.
Very glad with that each point has an on/off button.just turn off the button when no using.
